School Routes• The implementation of free transport for schoolchildren in Middle School and Technical Education, started for the first time since the school year 2008/09, as a practical and immediate list of measures that were introduced by the government aimed to fight the traffic congestion, limiting the use of private vehicle, to save resources and protect the environment from pollution. • Alongside this way helps to encourage young people to use public vehicles contributing to the success of the effort. • All the schoolchildren of Paphos are beneficiaries except those who live within a radius of less than 500 meters away from their schools. • For purposes of this new program, special school cards were issued for free by the Company after completing and delivering the request to the Secretariat of the schools. • The Company has designed and implemented the routes with the approval of the Road Transport Department specifically to serve schoolchildren in all schools of Paphos from all suburbs and areas of the city of Paphos, covering almost all the accessible areas from 100 to 500 m measuring the distance between the itineraries. • You can view the routes that run by the schools and destinations served by clicking on the tables of routes (city & suburbs) within the city of Paphos, Kato Paphos and suburbs. • You can also view maps of the routes by clicking the links below: |
