ANNOUNCEMENT - Wednesday, 19/11/2025

The Ministry, regarding the work stoppage announced by OELMEK for Wednesday, 19 November 2025, from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., informs the parents/guardians whose children attend Secondary General and Secondary Technical and Vocational Education and Training (Gymnasiums, Lyceums, and Technical Schools), that with the students’ safety and best possible service in mind, it is expected that after the strike ends, all employees will return to their duties, while parents/guardians will be responsible for transporting their children to their school unit at 11:00 a.m.


It is noted that for students who use buses for their departure from school, routes will take place (13:35).


Finally, the Ministry states that for the non-attendance of students at school throughout the day, including the All-Day Schools of Special Interest in Secondary Education, absences will be recorded but will not be counted.
